Generalities
We deliver an exclusive and preferential service, so we don’t process claims below 500 dollars, except for e-tickets according to your fee conditions.
In the case of tickets, they should preferably be paid in advance. In the case of last minute tickets, they must be payed by card. For tours with private transport, you will have to pay a 50% advance and the rest is paid on the day of service. Tour packages must be fully paid, at least 2 weeks in advance at most. In any case, it is recommended to buy air tickets as soon as possible because they sell quickly and the cost must be recalculated. We can take reservations well in advance, but the price will be recalculated and final closed 21 days before the service. Any increase in fuel and local or global economic circumstances will eventually lead to an increase in price. Bookings that are solicited in due advance can be paid for by bank transfer.
Tours of Buenos Aires
In case of force majeure and justified cancellation (for example, flight schedule change, flight cancellation or other emergency) there would be no problem in changing the tour date according to the availability of both parties. In case of cancellation without justification, notice must be given at least one week in advance or more, the refund will be 95% of the amount, with one week or less the refund will be 90%, and 50% with a warning of 96 hours, 0% refund with a warning of 72 hours or less, or no-show.
Argentinian tour packages
The package must be paid with due anticipation.
Any increase in the cost of services, fees, taxes and fuel increases may result in a price increase that will be closed 21 days before departure. However, the price remains practically unchanged when it comes to euros or dollars because they are strong currencies. A quote does not constitute a contractual proposal and is subject to reconfirmation based on the actual availability of transportation and services. In case of no-show, 95% of the deposit will be refumded with at least one week notice or more, and 50% with a 96 hour warning or less, expenses paid by the client. Low-cost flights are non-refundable.
Refunds from Aerolíneas Argentinas will be subject to the chosen rate.
These are:
- Promo Rate: No refund
- Base Rate: No refund
- Plus Rate: 75% refund
- Premium Economy rate: 100% refund
If the pax do not show up at the scheduled time for the tour, it is assumed that they withdrew from the tour without right to any refund. Values subject to change by the provider without prior notice.
Remarks
In no case will the provider be responsible for circumstances of force majeure, fortuitous events or events attributable to third parties, weather conditions or local events of any kind that lead to changes in the execution of the announced programme.
The provider may not, in any case, be responsible for bodily accidents, delays, strikes, technical accidents, loss or damage to luggage that may occur during trips or excursions. The provider does not assume, in any way, responsibility for minor passengers. By enrolling a minor in a tour, the parents or persons in charge of the minor exonerate the provider from all liability for damages or accidents that occurred during their stay or circuit. The provider does not assume responsibility for loss or misplacement of objects within its premises.
Documentation
The proper documentation of the passengers is under the responsibility of the passenger, as well as the disorders caused by lack of it.
Return and refund policies of items
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Procedures
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@argtour.com.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, write us an email to admin@argtour.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
